RainbowVision Santa Fe’s Resort-Retirement community, is being designed

Independent Living in rental apartments includes property maintenance, weekly cleaning, two meals per day, social and community activities, health club membership and other optional amenities a la carte.
Assisted Living in rental apartments, located on the second floor of community and club building includes the services of Independent Living, in addition to on-site medication management, additional help with daily living activities, three meals per day, other healthcare and assistive services a la carte.
RainbowVision will provide access to both traditional and alternative healthcare service providers. Home health care service will be available for those in need, as well as nursing staff for medical care and assistance.
With only 20 Independent Living condo units, 60 Independent Rental units and 26 Assisted Living units available, and an overwhelming response to the project, RainbowVision invites you to take immediate advantage of the opportunity to reserve a place on the RainbowVision Santa Fe residency waiting list. A refundable deposit of $500 is required for each intended unit rental. Price
variation on rental will depend upon unit type, and options selected from
the amenity and service packages.
This initial deposit may be applied to future RainbowVision resident leasing
contracts and will be held at Los Alamos National Bank, Santa Fe, NM in an
escrow account. The existence of the account may be confirmed by calling Lee
DiPietro at 505.661.2242. This deposit does not commit you to future purchase
and is fully refundable at any time. As the units become available for purchase,
you have the option to purchase, remain on the list, or have your money refunded.
