 
       
Geno Koehler Melinda Malone Melinda's career path began with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital directing international and national fund-raising programs and then heading Research and Development. She trained hundred of thousands of volunteers and staff in new fundraising techniques, enabling cure rates for children with cancer and terminal illnesses to sky rocket. After a terrible experience with a grandparent who was turned away because of a terminal diagnosis, Melinda set her career direction toward communities offering Assisted Living. Melinda worked for many years with retirement communities to promote excellent quality of life. Realizing how some members of the senior GLBT community were being treated differently in communities, I she found my next mission - to be a part of RainbowVision Santa Fe. As Melinda says:" The dream of RainbowVision is my dream, and my passion. I look forward to being part of the vital history that we are making. Our founding members and investors have worked from their hearts to build this dream. I am proud to be a part of our growing RainbowVision team.
