This is a list of frequently asked questions and answers for the proposed
RainbowVision Vancouver (RVV) Community for the Second Fifty Years.
The information provided below is preliminary. Further information
will be available as it is determined.
1) Who is the developer of RVV?
The developer is RainbowVision Properties, Inc. (RVP).
RVP developed and now operates the first LGBT Community for the
Second Fifty Years located in Santa Fe, New Mexico and is developing
RainbowVision Palm Springs. Other communities being considered include
the Bay Area in California.
2) Who is Plum Living?
Plum Living Properties & Health Services Inc.
(PLP) is a Vancouver-based company that provides home health care
services specifically intended for LGBT, our friends, and families.
PLP has partnered with RVP for the development of RVV. For more

3) Where will RVV be located?
Through initial survey results, we are focusing on
identifying an urban Vancouver location with access to transit and
lifestyle options that are of interest to members of the community.
As we narrow down the possibilities we will keep you informed.
4) What is the timeline for RVV?
It is anticipated that this project will take up
to 5 years from conception to move-in.
Right now, we are accepting refundable $1,000 community participation
deposits.
5) How can I get involved in this project?
Make a fully refundable Community Participation Deposit
showing good faith and interest.
Attend our RVV local meetings.
Spread the word! Tell your friends and encourage them to participate.
6) What types of residences are planned?
The community may include independent living owner-occupied
condominiums, and independent or assisted living rental apartments,
with enhanced living services, amenities, services, and care options.
Please note that in the course of development, design, types of
residences available, and amenities offered may change.
The community will be designed based on input from the community
survey and RVV meetings. Join us to help plan the project!
7) What is the estimated price range?
Many factors are taken into consideration and will
determine actual prices, such as land, construction costs, etc.
A price range will be forthcoming at a later date based on such
factors and fair market value.
8) When will floor plans be available?
The architectural design and floor plans will be
created once our location is established.
9) Is there an age requirement?
The current concept is that there will be no age
restriction to live in this community. The services and amenities
planned for this type of community are likely to appeal a Second
Fifty Years lifestyle.
10) How large will the community be?
Currently, the project vision may include 150 residences,
depending on the site, zoning requirements and business plan.
11) Is there an investment opportunity for individuals
in RVV?
